Lazy Recipe: Paleo Pigs in a Double Blanket

Paleo Pigs in a Double Blanket

Paleo Pigs in a Blanket? Well Bacon Blanket, more like Double Wrapped Bacon Blanket. So I was trying to do a smoothie recipe and was thinking “I’ll be different!!! Kale instead of spinach!” Let me tell you something, there’s a reason everyone uses spinach in a blender. Kale in a blender? Well lets just say it was a gritty smoothie #experimentfailed.

So I was hungry, I saw my Polyface Farm Uncured Hotdogs and my naturally cured bacon, and on top of that I like to wrap meat in bacon and cook it, so that little lightbulb in my head went off, plus I love lazy food. And so I bring you Paleo Pings in a Double Blanket. Double??? Well just one wasn’t enough for me!
